We're a locally owned family business
When Tortilla Marissa's was created in 1987, the goal was to create a fun and entertaining family restaurant, serving the best Mexican food in Fort Collins, with an atmosphere where everyone would feel like part of the family. Twenty-five years later, longtime manager Mike Piotraschke, now owner, carries on the tradition of every guest is like family.
We pride ourselves on using only the freshest ingredients available and promptly preparing all meals as you order them. Our sauces and chips are made on the premise and are prepared fresh daily. We use no lard or artificial ingredients, and we use only cholesterol-free pure vegetable oil for frying. We also have many vegetarian and gluten-free options available.
Our goal is to provide you with such a great dining experience that you'll want to come back often and tell all your friends how good we are. We trust that you will enjoy the time you spend here and come to see us again real soon.

Move to Wyoming two years ago from California, San Diego we took a day trip to Fort Collins and had lunch here. It was the best Mexican food I have since leaving CA. I would make the trip just for lunch/dinner. The staff was the best. If you are in Fort Collins CO. A must eat. I had steak fajitas.

Second time I've eaten here and it was just as great as the first. Chicken burrito both times, with a side of their house dressing. I love the house dressing! Warm chips and salsa when you sit down...

Honestly, we arrived in Fort Collins today after a long day in airports. We perused the menus provided by our hotel and Tortilla Marissa's seemed to be just what we were looking for. We were going to get our meals for take out but decided to say and glad we did. Enjoyed some amazing food, cold beer, and had we done take out, we would not have seen the order of dessert nachos go by...

Such a great spot. We've always had great service, and the food is amazing. The warm salsa is perfect with the chips. I love ordering combinations at Mexican restaurants, and they don't limit what you can choose, which is a rarity. I also got a free sopapilla for my birthday. We love this place and can't recommend it enough.
